Stretch and strengthen with swift athletic yoga flow with instructor Sandi Fitzpatrick.

This modern, music-driven, candlelit class is designed for yogis and non-yogis alike.  Increase stamina, find introspection, and connect with your breath, body, and being. 

Leave feeling warm, accomplished, and zen. 

Yoga mat required.  Two Yoga blocks recommended. All are welcome!

Please note if you take a free class then register for the session, the program fee will be at full price. 

Bethlehem residents please call the P&R office 203-263-3113 to get resident rate.
