We invite vendors to register and submit a request to be a part of
Connecticut's Largest Earth Day Celebration.
Begin by setting up an account with us!
All vendor requests must be reviewed and are subject to approval.
Upon approval your account will be billed and you will be able to pay on-line.
If you need a paper application please email us at RecInfo@woodburyct.org.
Last day to register: November 13, 2026.
Vendor Space fees: (Vendor provides own tent)
10'x10' non-profit: $50
10'x10': $100
Food Truck: $150
Municipal Departments & Region 14 clubs/organizations: No charge
Need more space? Vendors may purchase additional 10' x 10' spaces as needed.
Weather Policy: This is a rain or shine event and there are no refunds. In the event of unsafe conditions, Woodbury Parks & Recreation may postpone the event to Sunday, April 25, 2027.
