This dynamic six-class series puts you in the action! Whether it's running a light board, crafting costumes, calling cues from the wings, or building sets, this program is your backstage pass to it all. Through immersive, hands-on training in Sound, Lighting, Costuming, Stage Management, Set Building, and Theatrical Design, you’ll gain real-world skills that bring stories to life. This isn’t just an introduction—it’s a launch pad to deeper involvement and exciting opportunities to help produce live shows with Community Theatre at Woodbury.


CTAW

The Community Theatre at Woodbury (CTAW) was formed in 2013 in response to the community's expressed desire for quality live theatre. CTAW's mission is to work in tandem with the Woodbury Arts and Culture Committee to promote theatre arts, including children's theatre, as well as associated artistic expressions including music, dance, and visual arts such as sculpture, painting, photography, cinema and video.  With a nod from the town's leaders, CTAW was offered a home in one of Woodbury's most distinguished buildings: the Historic Town Hall at 5 Mountain Road, Woodbury, Connecticut.
