Pilates | Body Barre with props* Virtual
Pilates | Body Barre is a combination of traditional Pilates postures and Body Barres low impact, high intensity movements designed to tone, strengthen and stretch the total body.
*This class uses a Pilates ring, 3 lb weights and a Glider.
