Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation with Megan Lutz~ C-IAYT, E-RYT 500 
Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga - Thoughtfully sequenced yoga postures building up to a peak pose, while moving through the five levels of being - physical, energy, mental emotional, wisdom and joy. Yoga postures for strength, balance and flexibility and meditation for healing and clarity.

Two options:
  • 60 minute class without meditation.
  • 90 minute class with meditation.  Meditation immediately following the yoga class.
No refunds are given once a program has begun. If a program is canceled by us for lack of registration or any other reason, a full refund will be given.
