Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation with Megan Lutz~ C-IAYT, E-RYT 500
Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga - Thoughtfully sequenced yoga postures building up to a peak pose, while moving through the five levels of being - physical, energy, mental emotional, wisdom and joy. Yoga postures for strength, balance and flexibility and meditation for healing and clarity.
Two options:
- 60 minute class without meditation.
- 90 minute class with meditation. Meditation immediately following the yoga class.
No refunds are given once a program has begun. If a program is canceled by us for lack of registration or any other reason, a full refund will be given.

Meet your Instructor:
Megan Lutz is a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapy, a 500 Hour Kripalu Yoga teacher, and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Nutrition Coach.She has been an instructor at Woodbury Parks and Recreation for seventeen years teaching Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation, a Yoga Alliance 200 hour yoga teacher training program and nutrition education.In addition to her group class work, Megan has a private yoga therapy practice helping clients manage mental health conditions (anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss), reducing chronic pain (back, neck, hips, shoulders), and managing neurological conditions (Parkinson's, dementia stroke recovery and multiple sclerosis).
