Yoga: Vinyasa Yoga & iRest Yoga Nidra (w/Megan)

Vinyasa Yoga & iRest Yoga Nidra:  Moving Into Wholeness
Experience a profound 90-minute journey designed to heal, restore, and reconnect you to your truest self. This unique practice bridges active movement and deep stillness. It systematically addresses all five levels of your being—physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Leave feeling deeply rested, resilient, and anchored in lasting inner peace. We begin with a fluid, heart-centered Vinyasa practice. This hour of movement builds strength, balance, and flexibility.Transition into total stillness with iRest (Integrative Restoration). This evidence-based, guided meditation is clinically proven to calm the nervous system. Resting comfortably on your mat, you will access a state of deep conscious sleep to dissolve self-inhibiting beliefs and unlock profound peace.

No previous experience is necessary, all welcome!  Open to ages 14+.  Bring a yoga mat to class. Email the instructor with any questions:  peacefulwaywellness@gmail.com
