Peaceful Way Wellness Yoga Teacher Training 200 Hour Program is a Hatha Yoga journey toward wholeness by yoking mind, body, and breath. The training explores yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and theoretical, philosophical, and historical content that allows the pathway for inner freedom.

The hybrid training meets in-person one Sunday each month and on zoom one Wednesday each month from March 26th 2023 – January 31st 2024. In addition, are self-paced virtual pre-recorded educational videos.
 
A complimentary yoga teacher training information session meets in-person or live on-line Thursday, March 9th at 6:30 pm at The Rec house, 7 Mountain Road, Woodbury, CT.

Tuition: 
$2,500, includes the following materials: 
Yoga Teacher Training Manual 
The Bhagavad Gita by Eknath Easwaran
The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali by Sri Swami Satchidananda
The Key Poses of Yoga by Ray Long

Tuition Due Dates: 
January 9, 2024: Non-refundable deposit credited toward tuition due - $475
March 4, 2024: First Installment due - $675
May 13, 2024: Second Installment due - $675
July 8, 2024: Third Installment due - $675
