Girls Volleyball Camp
Each day campers will work through a variety of drills, small group games, competitions and 6v6 training with constant opportunities to improve their serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, individual defense, and conditioning.
The Camp is designed for current high school volleyball players but welcomes beginners who are serious about learning the game and plan to try out for their high school team.
Coaches Marty Malaspina, current Varsity Volleyball coach at Nonnewaug High School, and Bobby Costigan, Former Division 1 player and high school varsity coach. Both continue to play the game at a high level, know how to run successful high school programs, and have attended elite coaching clinics such as “Gold Medal Squared” and “The Art of Coaching Volleyball”.
Fee includes 15 hours of instruction and T-shirt.
Program begins at 9:00am. Doors open at 8:40am.
