Sculpt & Tone Functional Training

A LOW impact body sculpting class combining functional strength-training exercises to help burn calories, increase flexibility and tone muscles.  There will be a focus on building your core and improving balance.  This class will help you define your physique with higher reps and lower weight. 

All levels are welcome as modifications will be shown.
Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Bring a mat, free weights & water bottle.

Region 14 employees who are non-residents, call 203-263-3113 to get resident rate.

No refunds are given once a program has begun. If a program is canceled by us for lack of registration or any other reason, a full refund will be given.
