Yoga Nidra Mini-Session
with instructor Megan Lutz
Yoga Therapist, Megan Lutz, takes you into a guided meditation journey of deep relaxation. An hour of resting on your back or side, accessible to all (no yoga experience required). Benefits include mental health, pain management, and better sleep to name a few. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring something to rest on – yoga mat, bath towel, blanket, etc.
Single Class Option: You have the option of a single-class registration, for as many single classes as you'd like. Take one or two, or more! It's up to you. Dates are flexible.
