Program Description:
This traditional 10-week Karate program teaches age-appropriate martial arts techniques while building confidence, discipline, coordination, and respect.
Students will learn:
- Kicking and punching techniques
- basic throwing and falling
- introductory grappling
- forms and self-defense skills
This traditional style combines the origins of martial arts with modern training methods to help students develop practical skills as they grow and advance.
At the conclusion of the 10-week session, students will be eligible to test for their next belt level.
