Cardio Sculpt & Tone A body sculpting class combining cardio functional strength-training exercises to help burn calories, increase flexibility and tone muscles. In addition, there will be balance and stability exercises. This class will focus on adding definition to your physique with higher reps and lower weight. These gentle, effective, exercises are performed slowly, standing up, and at your individual comfort level. Peaceful Way Wellness Yoga Teacher Training 200 Hour Program is a Hatha Yoga journey toward wholeness by yoking mind, body, and breath. The training explores yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and theoretical, philosophical, and historical content that allows the pathway for inner freedom.The hybrid training meets in-person one Sunday each month and on zoom one Wednesday each month from March 26th 2023 – January 31st 2024. Instructor:Victoria Korzan Older teens here is your chance to take your skills and knowledge of the sport to the next level with a 6-session clinic. Minimum 2 years' experience in an organized league setting, AAU, Juniors or VARSITY high school will get to join. All aspects of the game from serving, hitting, blocking passing as well as defensive and offensive tactics will be covered over the six—1-1/2 hour sessions.Coach Korzan was OH for Pomperaug volleyball 2015-2017, played collegiate volleyball at WCSU from 2017-2022 as an OH/DS, has six years of coaching experience with Brookfield Parks and Rec, and CSA. She began playing at 12 years old in Brazil, and has been playing ever since! Her specialties are defense/serve receive, and serving.

A complete, updated safe boating certification course taught in one 8-hour day.Classes begin promptly at 8:30 am and end by 4:30 pm. You must attend the entire 8 hour session to become certified.  This class includes the newest requirement for towing skiers & tubes. Successful completion will allow the student to purchase a Connecticut Certificate of Personal Watercraft Operation with Waterski endorsement, which enables them to operate any recreational vessel up to 65 feet in length, with some age restrictions for younger operators. An easy to understand classroom format is designed for students age 12 and over. PRIOR TO TAKING THIS CLASS each student should create an account online at https://www.ct.wildlifelicense.com/internetsales, and click the START button. Create an account if you don’t already have one, and then print the page that includes your Conservation ID number and bring it to class.
