Tai Chi and Qigong - Tai Chi and Qigong: WEDNESDAY MORNING Spring Session Two Tai Chi and Qigong Group Class: 9:15 - 10:15am or 6:00 - 7:00pm on Wednesdays.In this class you will learn a simple, but powerful set of qigong exercises that can help you improve your health, posture, balance, energy level, and lifestyle. These gentle, effective, exercises are performed slowly, standing up, and at your individual comfort level. Line Dancing for Fitness - Line Dancing for Fitness: Wednesdays Four-class Summer Session 1 Line Dancing for Fitness: Come join the fun!One full hour of dance! Learn to line dance in a fun, non-judgmental atmosphere. We will dance to both country and pop songs. No experience necessary! Beginner-Intermediate dances will be taught. By the end of the session, you will know 7-10 different dances. Bring a water bottle and wear sneakers or boots and comfortable clothes.Intro to Line Dancing Class (One-time only class):Learn to line dance in a non-judgmental atmosphere! This class will teach you the basics. We dance to BOTH POP and Country songs. You will leave the night knowing 4-6 songs to dance to! Please wear comfortable clothing, wear sneakers or boots. Bring water!Line Dancing for Fitness: Level Two 4/26-5/17 Experience preferred.Learn to line dance in a fun, non-judgmental atmosphere. The choreography in class will assume some previous dance experience and basic skills. Dance to both country and pop! By the end of the session, you will know 7-10 different dances.
